Returns & refunds


Thank you for shopping with us!  We understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected. Please review our return policy below:


- **Exchange Only:** We accept exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange your item for another product of equal or lesser value.

 

- **Condition of Item:** To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet these criteria.


- **Process:** If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service team at shineanywaysjax.com within the 15-day window.


- **Shipping:** Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.


- **Exchange Completion:** Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the criteria, we will process the exchange. Please allow 7 for the new item to be shipped out to you.
